The Typhus rule says any cultists can be plague zombies would that include an sllied detacthment ?

I would say yes, and have been running it as such, as the entry for Plague Zombies (page 61) is worded differently from unlocking the Cult Troops, as the Cult Troops require a Primary Detachment, where as the Zombies merely require Typhus in the same army.
