reading through the faq sheet for it, saw some interesting things:

first off, Fire Raptors are now also allowed in a Blood Angels list.  also, they now give all the space marine armies access to the independant turret mounted TL Autocannons for free. (looking at the pdf rules for it on the site, these changes have been added to it, and its now official 40k instead of experimental)

Codex: Inquisition gained the Inquisitorial Land Raider Prometheus as dedicated transports (only guns are the quad TL Heavy Bolter sponsons, but it increases your reserve rolls by +1).  they ALSO get: An Inquisitorial Valkyrie Assault Carrier Squadron (page 230) may be taken as a Fast choice in an Inquisitorial Detachment.  Note that this is in addition to the two HQ an Elites choices stipulated by the Inquisitorial Detachment Force Organisation chart.

the faq also confirms if playing escalation, marines can field the Fellblade, Typhon, and Cerberus, as well as the thunderhawk egg-layer transporter

Hypernois WW are apparently unchanged. 95 pts for a intercepting, sky firing Krak missile.

Hyperios platforms are same cost (45 pts each) for the same weapon. FA slot. 1-3 in a unit, plus an optional command platform that let's you auto split fire for 55pts.

Mortis dreads (not Contemptors) are 125 for the riflemen version, and are a 0-1 elite choice, unless you are dark Angels.

How do the relic vehicles work?

One Relic of the Armoury may be taken in the army’s primary detachment, within the usual provisions of the army list. Further Relic vehicles may be
chosen, in which case the detachment must also include a Keeper of Relics purchased as an HQ choice. This character must be a Master of the Forge in a Codex: Space Marines army, an Interrogator-Chaplain in a Codex: Dark Angels army, a Reclusiarch in a Codex: Blood Angels army, a Rune
Priest with the Saga of the Beast slayer in a Codex: Space Wolves army, or a Warpsmith in a Codex: Chaos Space Marine sarmy.

Makes sense for the most part.

That's basically all the HH era stuff right? Javelins, sicarians, scorpius WW and the like?

yea, most of the relics are stuff from the crusade/heresy eras.  most of these also happen to have rules that will state this restriction and the HQ to unlock multiples is ignored when playing a 30k army, for obvious reasons.

there's also something about a new chart of special rules that work like a warlord trait table for the relic/legendary/whatever vehicles to take.
