Megamat Kickstarter

I backed the MegaMat kickstarter.

They're making an Urban mat that has the roads lined up for Vanguard Strike deployment. So I grabbed April Delivery. They have like 2 or 3 days left on it.

I saw that kick starter, yeah. I like it. Something about a table sized Mouse pad just sounds right...

i'm still on the fence, the mat looks awesome, but i'm not sure its worth $120 after shipping and currency conversion.

the Urban combat pad especially looks sweet. pre-measured deployment zones and table centre is almost the stuff of joygasms.

Yeah. That's my issue with it. The price. Honestly I'm still going to be the guy that will use a6foot length of cloth tho. It's way cheaper.
I love the concept of the mouse pad play surface and would get one in a heartbeat if they could make it more affordable.

You can have my grassy mat after my MegaMat comes in :-)

We'll see. i pointed the wife to the site in a " this is so cool but way too expensive right now kind of way"

and it might just show up in a couple months

hey mark, did you notice that the urban mat also has the diagonal deployment lines marked out too?  there's little bits of debris and lights on the mat that mark the center line. that's handy.
