Ok, so in the middle of my "voting guideline" post, a vote went up for Adam's Ork Warboss.

Nothing against Adam's mini, but we can't even see it !! I'd like to see it, maybe the paint job is great, but we've got blurry smears and there's no way to reasonably judge the paint job against all the other mini's with clear pictures.

Reason why it shouldn't be annonymous polls. I think people should post thier votes in a thread.
