Rules Only Hardback

Apparently there is a rules only hardback available from GW now. This actually legitimately pisses me off. If when the edition dropped I had the choice of gigantic $90 book with all the garbage I don't want and $60 book with just the rules I would purchase the rules only book every time. I don't understand why you would make that book now of all times. All the veterans who didn't want the fluff and just wanted the rules either got a copy of DV or the e-copy. All the new people/collectors/didn't want to wait for DV people splurged and bought the big copy. Who is going to turn around now and go "hrm I just have $60 I want to not spend on anything good". If a new person is getting into the hobby now their friends would tell them to skip it and go find a copy of the DV book on ebay (which are still 20-30 bucks depending on shipping/timing).

if anyone comes accross a pdf or screens of the rules section of the Black Legion book, i haven't found one yet, and the 7th is a long way away to get the pdf from GW.

Does the new version have all the errata corrected in it?
