Eldar Question

Hey folks,

So I got a fluff question here. My brother, who only plays 40K through Dawn of War, was wondering why it is Dark Eldar don't have psychic powers. Not knowing enough about the Dark Eldar I couldn't give him any definitive answer. I was wondering if there's anyone out there with a definitive answer to this inquiry.

I'm going off old, old, old school but I think the seduction of the dark eldar led them to follow khaine, the god of murder and deciept. And Khaine don't go for no sissy psychics.

Though I know that Slaanesh had a part to do in it and he's all about the magicness, so maybe I am out to lunch.

Im no expert either, but i think they are inately psychic but have lost there focus and strength in the ways due to their choices during the great fall.
