Many a 'Mark!

Necron Camper's post asking about Deathmarks reminded me of a list I put together in my head one day while driving into the city. I've actually mathed it out now, and it fits in rather nicely at the 1750 mark that Mark has got everyone playing at now.

HQ:
Overlord, Despair x2, Destruction x2, Transmog with Harp, Lord with Orb, Weave, and Gauntlet. 360 pts

Ah, Double Court, how I've missed you! One Despair from each court is attached to the Deathmark squads, for silly amounts of AP1 flamer death. One Destrotek from each court goes into the Ghost Ark, protecting them from incoming fire. The remaining Destro and Transmog either act as a satillite unit or attach onto an Immortal squad in the event of Kill Points. The basic lord goes into the big blob to orb it up. Overlords will likely be in either the Ghost Ark or Night Scythes, depending on what they are fielded against.

Heh, over a third of my points are in the HQ slots. Oh Necrons...

Deathscythe units are insanely effective. A warning tho, if you use two: noone will play you twice. I used one, and felt guilty after. It's an insane alpha strike unit, for which there is little u can do to defend against.

I'll beat that list with Daemons 99% of the time! *flex* (invul saves ftw)
