Hey Guys,

Anyone got tips on how to paint denim? I googled around and saw one guy talk about base colour, wash, then layers, but that doesn't sound denim-y...

Any tips out there? I'm looking at denim pants only cultists.

I've seen one person do a textured fabric.

She was 7/10 in golden daemons at that gameplay. (Natasha melnik)

Mark I would just paint as any other fabric. Doing textures is difficult and time consuming and WAY past the point of diminishing returns for tabletop gaming. Just my thought.

I'll give a bunch of layers a try. I'll do a test model sometime this week and post a pic and what I did.

Paint on inseams and pocket lines, it'll give the effect I would think.
Color wise, are u going for dark or light denim?

Light-ish blue. What colour would you paint inseams? Brown?

Prime - Black Base - Purple - Blue Drybrush - Brown "Pockets"

Ignore the average job on the skin, he's got lots of boils and bolts sticking out of his back. The price of being a cultist, I suppose.
