Blizzard came out with another trailer for Heart of the Swarm. Dam the graphics are awesome. Already per ordered the game. Just twelve more days to go....

meh. i gave up whining about online DRM.

If my home internet isnt working, i'm probably complaining to my carrier about it and not playing games anyway. Imagine, no internet for the various ipads, tablets, phones. playstations, even TV's in the house. my spawn would be wondering if the zombie apocalypse was coming.

I haven't done starcraft online in a long while, I don't think I'd be happy competing in the Wood league after playing in Diamond. That and my APM's are hovering around 40 right now because I've somehow de-memorized all the hotkeys.

I as well am going to get it mostly for the campaign. Tried to play a AI game a couple of days a go on the new battle net. AI won twice cause of lag...
But still can't wait to play the campaign. Already booked myself off on the twelfth, and am thinking of sending the wife and kids off to the pool and the movies for that day. lol

This almost sounds like we're about to start a Starcraft league to go along side the 40k one.

I pre-ordered and paid in full some months ago so that I wouldn't have to worry about budgeting and such now.

I got the dish thingy. No bloody way would i move to the city. High taxes, over priced housing. Also like that my closest neighbor is a mile away.

dish thingy is dialup on the upload. decent downloads, but your going back to the server via a phoneline
probably get better gaming speeds using your 3g phone to tether a wifi hotspot than you do with the Dish connection.

Starcraft League - i'm in. Starcraft 2 was the last game i did a midnight release on. just going to go digital download for the xpack. even if i dont get to play for 12 hours, i'm not standing in line with the crazies outside of the futureshop at midnight ever again. Sad when your with a bunch of gamers and all you can think is that most of these kids should be in bed and that i probably went to school with their mom.

I have gone and created a Starcraft 2 group called Hunters of the Warp now. Once we get some battle tags rolling through here I can start pulling everyone in.

12 days still... i want it now...

I set it up as a private group, so that it doesn't fill up with random people. I'll check this thread regularly for battle tags to add/invite to it.

When you go into "add a friend" it will tell you what your 3 or 4 digit "character code" is. Also, it seems it wants me to add people to my friend's list before adding them to the group.

Wow its like every one wants to reschedule things to next Tuesday. Q-line, JGL, Cargil, and employees, (And know I now he will play hooky anyways now). Probably going to have to help with morning things and then I am going to EBGames.... hmmm Maybe I can get the carrier to bring it out. or maybe one of the trucks.... mmm Redneck trucker walks into a gamer shop surrounded by nerds...
