A Flakk option for Whirlwinds would do a lot to deter flying circus lists, depending on the costs.
If the Flakk option for Devastators costs less than it does for Chaos, I might be cheesed.

it'd be nice to see some decent anti-flyer units. probably the biggest disappointment imo of the chaos codex.
