Had it ended on turn 5, I'd've got the big win, but we had a turn six, and apparently a unit of nobless shooty boyz numbering 9 can kill 2 destroyer lords with sempiternal weave in an assault :-)

My next game will be Orks. I would have liked to be there and get an idea of how Orks stand up in the new edition.

Orks stand up really well, it's the flyers that stand out though.

Yeah, Even when they come on like turn 4 they do awesome.

They have not once failed to make their points back

Big units of Boyz without a Nob are pretty good too. 30 Shoota Boyz with 3 big shootas is 195 points. Pretty hard to remove that unit.

Adam took a unit of 3 Meganobz in a trukk. I'm a huge fan of this, as they'll never be below 25% and so can always rally. (I suppose you could take 4 too).

Trukk's nice for them. On the turn you call a Waaagh you can overwatch with the combi-skorcha.... seems good. 4 Combi-Skorcha's in a trukk are pretty darned good anyway.
