But. There is little council can do about rent or housing costs and still be fair to owners of housing and business.

That being said. Lets keep our conversations to 40k. Pie and sausage. Even should a member here attain a public office, the last thing he needs is to have us bitching about potholes during his hobby time.

Plenty of other ways to preach communism to our elected officials.

Well, that depends, do the pot holes count as tank traps, and thus are impassible terrain for tanks, or are they just difficult and dangerous to them?

WELL i was riding my bike and failed my jink save and it was a big bump, thankfully no 1's were rolled. I would vote on dangerous terrain for bikes and tanks though, as well as kia's...

yea i might have gone a bit high on the the rent prices but ther are places in the city that coat over $1000

he wasnt that far from the truth actually. if you look downtown, those range from $1200 to $2000 a month. i know the top 5 floors of the saskatoon tower charges an average of $2000/month, but that's also including the onsite gym fees, pool, and parking spot fees in your rent.

course that's what they charged 7 years ago, so that's going to be a much higher number now

$1500 is the going rate for a 2 bedroom townhouse on the edge of the city.

Dom's numbers were not that far off. just his target audience.

I pay $1100 for my place, 2nd floor, balcony, pet friendly, right by Circle mall on 8th.

I feel like its high compared to what I'd get in Montreal, but I do have 2hr long hot showers, so I feel I get my money's worth.

Yeah.. Your getting shafted saskatchewan style paying tuition and the rent here.

My wife's brother and sister currently in montreal are paying around 700-800 for a big two bedroom apartment.
