Sat. or Monday game

I am finally ready to return to the world of 40k after work rushes, in-law visits, and other stuff.

I am available for any point value, but preferably a little low (for my 1st game in the new edition) 1000-1500.

I can play any time on Saturday or Monday.

Sunday Monday = Sept 2+3? Because if yes then i can proly sneak a game in there somewhere

No, September 1 and 3. I guess Sunday is possible too. I finish work at 1:30 in the area of Dragon's Den.

If you give me a day and time, I can commit to it.

I could do monday at just about any time, though 1-ish would be perferable.

1k points works just fine for me. Do you mind Forge World at all? I wanted to take some Acanthrites for a spin, using my Wraiths as "counts as".

So long as we don't dally too much, 4 hours should be plenty for a 1k game.

We fooled around a bit but got done in time.

I did not expect to win, but I was glad to get a victory and also obtain a copy of the new rules.

My record against Necrons improves to 6-1.

Yeah, it was an alright game, and I think we accomplished what we set out to do. I don't think my list had the right things to answer your list with, though. I'm thinking a Gaze of Death C'Tan would have done me far better than the Acanthrites in that match.
