While not an Ork player myself, I have faced off against them a few times, and from my point of view it seems reasonably well rounded.

One thing that immediately sprung to my attention is the fact that with the exception of troops, no slot is used more that once, making this a viable Allies list. Between Ork shooting benefiting the most from the Snap Fire rule and the Deffkoptas scout movement, I think this would be a decent supplement for a number of armies.
