Goal Priorities
• The “Primary” Goal and win condition is “Kill Points” (#1)
• The “Secondary” Goal and first tiebreaker is “Table Quarters” (#3)
• The “Tertiary” Goal and second tiebreaker is “Objectives” (#2)

Kill points is won by 3 or more. Table Quarters is VP's in each table quarter, the objectives are placed in the center of each quarter and one in the middle.

I'm not a huge fan of dawn of war, punishes certain armies, rewards others.

Id rather roll for deployment.
