Not a fan of the psybolt assault cannons on the razorbacks. If your opponent doesn't suck those will never get to shoot, and they're pretty expensive. The razorback is one of your few units (along with your dreads) that has access to good shooting over 24". Take advantage of it!

The Inq Henchman squads throw down 9 HB shots and 4 LasC (or 4 MM, or 4HFlamer) at turn, all at BS 3. There are 2 of those, plus the conversion Beamer. Did I mention the Henchmen get Rending on all there shots in 37/100 games? If anyone deep strikes in, the non beamer squad gets a free shot thanks to Coteaz. Add that to the Dreads and I think I'll have plenty of Dakka being thrown down field.
I'm afraid I don't follow on the RB's never getting to shoot. They are basically immune to stunned/shaken, which means the only way they aren't shooting is if they are blown up or Weapon destroyed. With any of the standard deployments, if I'm not within 24" at deployment, I will be on turn one, and they would have to throw a decent amount of dakka to take down all 4, or all 3 dreads. I'm not even counting the 2 chimeras. I just don't see that much firepower coming from anything other than IG or Eldar gravtank spam.
Going along with you tho, are you suggesting dropping the Ass Cannons to HB tosave points, or replacing them with TL Las or Las/Plas? I just find 4 Str7 Rending shots/turn hard to beat.
