Air brush advice
So I am requiring information from anyone that uses air brush for painting GW miniatures.
I am wondering what the best mix is for the GW and reaper brand paints. I'm reading air brush sites that say to use a 50/50 mixture of paint to water, or 50/50 paint/rubbing alcohol.
What would you guys reccomend?

re air brush
Ya scott totally agree stay the hell away from a alcohol thinner. For troops stick with GW one to one ratio is good or just add water till the air brush gives you the results you want. For add and mixing I suggest using a 12cc syringe. If your serious about using an air brush just get a box of them ( DON'T REUSE THE SYRINGE....). And should get he good ones at a vet clinic. Don't get the cheap ones from Peavy Mart. You will pay for that mistake. Also I have noticed with a metal coloured model you might be better of using an oil based paint. Oil based paints are not forgiving and the ratio can vary from 1:25 to 1:1. Oh and for Oil based paints use an oil based thinner for the mix. Just think the flater the colour the less thinner you need.
Also use silicon disposable gloves that way you and the model don't get sprayed on or finger printed
All in all find a spare model and play around till you are confident. And Good Luck
