I work for Fido, so I deal with Cell phones all day. The two best smartphones out there right now are the Iphone 4, and the samsung galaxy s.

AND SASKTEL IS GETTING THE GALAXY. in a few weeks!

Hate to remind people. But ITS JUST LITTLE PIECES OF PLASTIC. Oh wow you can check your e-mail 50 time during a movie. You guys are all ants. Little workers working hard to make coin so you can give it to a phone company... Good donkey good donkey. A friend producer has a Crack Berry, His phone bill is well over 300 a month. I have a just a simple phone with Virgin I pay 75. And I still make a LOT more coin then my friend. Yes I have a cell phone and yes it can go on the net and stuff but I never use it. To run my business clients CALL ME or text me. If they do e-mail me I check 3 times a day.
I just get a kick out a people who NEED a smart phone. I Run a business that feeds a couple thousand people. So why does a simple 9-5 person need a smart phone... So he or she can give it to a phone company. Good donkeys thats a good donkey... lol

Everytime something like this pops up here on the forums I feel myself die a little more inside. @James: You seem like a decent guy in person but every time you put something like this up my opinion of you falls a little more, whether or not that is a concern to you is irrelevent to me. I don't know why you keep needing to prove how well you are doing to all of us. Like anything the more you remind people of it the less weight it carries. I can't think of a good reason for a person to incorporate this kind of shizaz into their posts on an internet forum site EVER.

@ everyone else: James was a dick...everyone can see that. The replies, title change/stars, and everything of the like were no better than his comments. I really thought that this kind of thing was below everyone who was on these forums. This and the playoffs topic have both been a real disappointment to me

No dam it I am not trying to prove myself to a group (including myself) that play with little dolls and thinks it strategy with a dice. I was just trying to compare a situation. Oh wow I have a combine, the guy down the road has 4 of the bloody things big deal.
But how in the hell did people keep there social life up 7 or 10 years ago. This new Smart phone is out Oh my god I must spend 300 plus to get it so I can feel "connected". After the first 3 months or more they get very expensive. And then at the end of the month you have to eat KD. Not that there is any thing wrong with kd I myself have found many way to make it less boring. And what is it with feeling connected. Yes people can see were you are 24/7 and you can leave 24 plus tweets a day. How the hell is that useful. Yes some smart phone do have some uses, but most of them are a bit of a waste. At the end of the month look at your bill. Is it really worth it to have a smart phone over a regular phone....

Though I am glad you have found a way to make KD interesting! Since I am not in the farming business I am forced to eat KD 10-15 times a week. Could you share some of your recipes? Perhaps over a whiskey and a cigar? 'Cept I can't afford those. Could I fashion you some sort of drink made from distilled KD? And perhaps some KD rolled into cigar form stuffed into an old newspaper could stand in for a cigar? Maybe.

James= Actually, as a peddler of said Sin devices, I can tell you that smart phones are entirely affordable. Lots of people are affording them, and paying their bills on time. If you are stupid with your phone plan and don't pay your bill, then yes, it will cost you. But I have seen waaaay more people with regular cell phones racking up huge bills than with smart phones.
A blackberry, experia, Samsung, htc or apple user KNOWS that =I=censor=I= is expensive. So they are naturally more cautious. Other people hear "$25 bucks a month" and assume there is no way that could go higher. Then they travel to south america, call all their buddies "hey, look at all the communist donkey combines inargentina!" and come home to a $900 roaming charges bill. This guy collapsed crying in our store when this situation ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
