Ork model question

Hey, I won some Ork Pirate heads but they come in two different packs.

One pack has the heads with the concave necks that mate up with the bodies I am familiar with. The next set are bigger and more elaborate looking heads but the necks end in a flat mating space. Does GW make another Ork kit that has a different style body that end in a flat area at the head instead of the sort of "neck" style endings I am used too?

Yeah they could be Nobz heads. Is there a seperate boxed set for plastic nobz now? That would make sense as they're is only 5 in a box.

For WFB the RnF orcs have the regular bulgy neck concave heads but the Black orcs have flat mating points for the head/neck.

Assault on black reach ork boyz have flat necks... however most likely the heads are for the plastic nob box that gw put out last year without telling me.

I just started playing Orks so I have all plastic boyz right now and none of them have flat necks.

the AoBR ones I know are like snap together right? but I don't think it would affect you all since they aren't THAT flat...

Yeah those are the heads. I won them in a painting contest. They're really nice!

The heads are from MaxMini they're a polish company that mainbly does 40k rip off conversion stuff.

Yeah I found the site earlier today, some of the stuff is REALLY cool looking these heads they made for this thing called Kromlech would be perfect for a Warbike Mob

Bought a box of the plastic nobz and the heads AREN'T what I was looking for. So I have a box to trade now. Or maybe I'll keep 'em. Ooops.

So those Maxmini heads don't fit on Nobz? what about regular boyz?

The top five pirate heads from your pic must be meant for the AoBR nobz. The bottom 8 are just fine for boyz or nobz looks like.

Oh okay so they have flat necks with pegs. that could be a pain, but at the same time, you could just get yourself the nobz from AoBR off of ebay or something.

or find a fix. - Actually that works for me a bit since I'm getting an AoBR WarBoss, I could use the one with the big Pirate Hat for my Warboss head, give him alot more character
