As soon as we get everything decided what were going to go . The Fluff league will be going with an escalation format, but we'll have to wait and see how the Tuff league will get itself set-up and then we'll decide on a start date after that.

Had it been decided to be able to play in both leagues? Would love to play my fledgling eldar army in an escalation league, but also want to play my guard in the tough. league

There will be an update tonight in the Tuff forums regarding the timeline for when we're going to get started. Like most things in my household it comes down to my work schedule, which has me working 10 hour shifts for the next 2 days.
Looking at it tho, its really that we just need to hammer down the format. Having talked to Jim, we should be ready to start on Wednsday 24th. Assuming everything goes find with the fluff guys.
Unless Paz and Robyn have an issue with it (They don't methinks.) both leagues are open to all comers.
