Just got the forgeworld newsletter, and wow, the new tau suit looks awesome. Makes me want to play them for sure.

But... if those are regular burst cannons... whats the point? ooooo, twinlinked.... so what... 18" Str 5 AP 5 Assault 3.....
So 6 shots to 18" that hit above average amount of time because of the TL, but nearly every army gets saves against it...
I just don't see a value in it...
Correct me if I am wrong though.

you gotta read the experiemental rules. it's more than just guns, which it is 2 twin-linked burst cannons.
