I would kill to have this kind of job. Even with the =I=censor=I= wages GW pays i would still be all over it.

I could never do it. Having a small brush with painting for other people, be it some of the GW stuff we had to do for Games Days or commissions it turns into a job REAL fast. Unlike a real job, where work is generally all the same sort of thing, when you do some painting and stuff and you don't love what you're doing, I tend to think of the 1,000,000 other things I'd rather paint, or build or whatever. Imagine, you're the dude painting genestealers for this diorama. You are sick as hell of painting them all the same. You pick up the pace so you can finish faster then your boss comes along and says "I want you to add more contrast to the plates on their back's" and you have to spend another 8 hr day painting the same =I=censor=I= you thought you were done. Then you look over and see Robyn working on some awesome new Space Wolf model you really, really want to paint. Then you look back at the next 40 genestealers you have to paint. Then you look at your x-acto knife and think about stabbing your hand so you don't have to cut meat anymore. I mean, paint genestealers.

I have mad respect for those day job pro's. It's one thing to love your hobby, but it's another to love your hobby 40 hrs a week while someone else tells you what to do, and to do it better.
