If there is anyone who'd be interested in playing a newbie, I'm looking to do a game. Be warned however: when I say new I mean REALLY new. I've played one small test game with a friend, who's also new (in a sense), so it was a bit of a gong-show of looking through the BRB and going "I think that's how it works..."

So be prepared to correct me on a few things. I've read the rulebook a few times, but I'll still get some things wrong most likely.

That said, if there's someone who'd be willing to coach me, as well as stomp me around the board, that would be awesome. If not that's fine, I'll learn by trying.

I have tau (though it's lacking in a few spots) and can do 500pts probably up to 1000pts, would be interested in trying a 500pt "40k in a flash" game. I'm available anytime after 4pm.

Sounds good, I can have a couple different lists prepared so we can mix it up.

My Guard issue more open challenges - Recon or Strategic for Wednesday. I'm usually at the den around 3, so am looking for afternoon and/or evening games.

Also, Cushak - if you're there during the afternoon I'll have a friendly game against you, I've been looking to try out alternative guard lists anyways.

i would love to try it out. bring the stuff on wed and i will battle it out. Im guessing you'll play attack since daemons don't really defend so much.

I would also like to get n a game of planet strike if I could my first game is a 3 pm so I should be able to play another by 5:30- 6:00 if any one would like to give planet strike a go?
