a qestion about my army list

i didint know, where to post this so i put it here. Anyway i was wondering if i should make any changes to my list, i realize that 3 blast masters, is effective against the 20 marines 2 rino strategy and other things, but after i lost 3 games yesterday an 1 draw, i am questining the effectiveness of my army list, as well as my tactics, please critisise as much as you want i wont get offened if you insult my list or playing style.
