The table situation
Well, we kind of had a table jam happening Wed. night. First though, I just wanted to thanks Tom and Greg for zipping through their game so we could start.. I appreciated that.
There was a bit of mis-communication that happened. Me and Stash shoyld of taken the other table behind you guys when Tyson and Chris weren't playing, but I thought you guys were going to be fairly quickly.
Not a problem though, it all worked out. It looks like I'll have to start assigning tables again, as in you book one with your opponent here and I'll keep a list running of how many we got booked.
Nice turnout last night, but man was it hot. Hopefully it will snow soon and cool things down..

There'll will usually be a thread up for the week of games your looking for. If not, just create one yourself .. something like "Games for week of Sept 20-26th". Then, either just say your looking a game or if you one lined up, just say.. Bill and Pete have a tablre booked.
At some point I'll compile the requests just for a rough guide and we'll work off that. It probably wont be a problem, but it will prevent people who havent booked tables from showing up and grabbing tables from the people that took the time to book and plan a game.

Agreed Robyn, assigned tables list would be best. Something to look at as well, is that there are a bunch of tables running up to the door. I think 40kers also need to be comfortable with asking non-40k or none booked games to move. A 'flames of war' guy was taking a cloth table at 530 last night , but I told him it was 40k night, and league finals, and he had no problem moving to the front, and waiting for a table. of course, be courtious and polite, but we do have the right to get priority on tables, being 40k night.
