Feral Orks! Empty Feral Orks!

Ok, so, I think I already know the answer to this, but I'll ask my betters in this case. Did they entirely do away with the feral orks or is there something I missed in the codex and the rulebook? I remember hearing much about them, and seeing background/rules for them.

usuing the new ork codex you can create a feral list like the old chapter aproved rules.
