40k tourny soon...?

Ok its been too long. we need a 40k tourny. can someone with more experience running them chime in and give me a hand with that needs to be done to set one up? mostly just a list not actual work.

Beau has one geared to go on March 4th or so.. but the planning has been going on exclusively on the facebook group.

Yeah a lot of discussion happens on the facebook group, im not sure the best way to bridge the two sites, other than suggesting ppl subscribe to the facebook one for quicker updates!
