Blessings/Maledictions

Ok, because I am a bit of thickie when it comes to psychic powers I thought I'd re-ask this.

I'm re-reading the section on psychic powers and under blessings and maledictions it doesn't mention needing line of sight. In the witchfire section it directly mentions that you need LoS/roll to hit.

Now do I need LoS for blessings and maledictions? I know you cannot cast them out of your transport, but say I was just behind some terrain?

It's under "Declare a Target" under "Manifesting Psychic Powers".

Something like, ... "unless otherwise stated, you need line of sight"
