Eldar upgrades Empty Eldar upgrades

Okay so I am trying to put an eldar list together but I'm having some issues. The upgrade point values... Were are they... For example a Wave Serpent on the Force organization chart it says it can choice from the eldar vehicle equipment. Okay so page 67 is the Eldar Vehicle Equipment... But no point values. Go to the back for the reference... No points values...

I know I have been away from 40k for some time so could some one please point me in the right direction with out pulling out a hick joke. lol
