I happen to have an unassembled storm talon.... Hmmm... Ideas

found this one on the GW flickr page:

taken a 'few' liberties int he weapon loadout. lol. TL Assault cannon, (4th ed extended barrels rule?) TL Lascannon chingun. Typhoon launcher on the bottom engines. Skyhammer missiles on the upper engines. Hellstrike missiles up top. and a butt-mounted TL Heavy bolter. dude dubbed it the Storm Buzzard.

I'll take three of them and the Codex that lets me field them, please.
