Interesting site

HEy i found a little site that makes miniatures right here in canada. Of particular interest were these wings.

Isn't that wild? As fate would have it I am going to order the fantasy looking PLague Demon today. There's no break for big orders or anything so no point in making a bigger order. I sent them an eMail yesterday about the size of the model and I got a great response in about 5 minutes. Pretty cool for a Sunday!

Im seriously thinking about picking up the war demon to use as angron in apoc games. I still hate the idea of primarchs being playable, but that model is so awsome i kind of want a reason to buy it. Of course my favorite is the pleasure demon... might pick that up at some point to use as a keeper.

I ordered my Plague Demon today, I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

That model will be run as a demonic herald riding a palanquin. How I am going to represent that is simply to model a bunch of nurglings running about his feet on the base.

In fantasy a palanquin simply gives you 6 nurgling attacks and boosts your model up to a 50mm base from a 25mm.

As for not being tourny legal, I fired Rob Kuster a question to see if he would allow it or not. Probably not. I agree with your comment about not playing primarchs. Just seems that there's a problem with having a primarch get killed by a lucky battlecannon shot or something. Best to leave them in fluff land where they can be admired from afar....
