CSM Bikehammer and anvil.
Not sure how this would play. having a real hard time figuring out how to win with the new dex. but here goes.
lv 1 Slannesh sorc and steed join unit of khorn bikes with tooled up lord. gives them outflanking and accute senses. lord gives fearless. bikes give cheap beefy goodness. csm hide in rhinos, abuse havoc launcers and searchlights (if first turn nightfight) Second turn, you cross your fingers and hope your 500 point smackdown unit arrives. outflanking and acute senses should give you a good side to come in on. sorc casts sensory overload on whatever is close enough to charge you. hopefully blinding/concussing/pinning them. IC's can iether stick with the unit or split off and go pwn stuff turn 3.
I dunno. hard to get enough shooty. The HQ's just get super expensive as soon as you start tooling them up. anything with marks gets too expensive too fast.

Looks alright. Tough to win if that biker unit goes down, but it's pretty resilient. The turn it arrives could be dicey...

I'm leaning towards the Slaanesh bikes myself, T5 I5 bikes with FNP seems good.

Are you going to try this list out or is it a theoretical list.
I was thinking of one down the exact same lines.. Slaneesh sorc on steed joined to a unit of bikes or just a 20 man mob of berserkers and the big lord of khorne attached. I was thinking of taking an aegis line with a.comms relay as well to help make sure they come in turn 2. If i do that though.. Ill be tempted to take somerators or terminators and use more deep striking.
I think it would be a major pain seeing those guys show up. Depending how thngs are deployed and who your facing.. You have the ability to spread out and hit three units.the next turn.. Coming in 12" running.. And then getting 12" and a big charge gives you pretty much free reign in the backfield.. Scary stuff!

I have the stuff to play it. just trying to come up with interesting lists. this one isnt that interesting. but i'm having a really hard time coming up with troop loadouts that support the super expensive HQ's that we have been given.
You could go with two slannesh lords/slannesh bikes /w feel no pain. and make it two units of them. to mitigate risk and variability. But i kind of like the Khorne banner. re-rolling charge range just gives that little bit of extra security that your super expensive squad isnt going to be standing 5 inches from its target picking its nose for a turn. and i believe the banner would give the khorn lord furious charge.. because he needs that +1 str to bash shite even harder.
or, just 2 units of bikes on the table and stop being cute with the outflanking.
... the more i think about this, the more i HATE rhinos in 6th edition. should be able to just use Berzerkers instead of bikes. but theirs no way to do it cost effectively and still field enough scoring. It all comes down to the ridiculous disembarking rules for non assault transports.

Oh.. Cept the lord cant join the slaneesh bikes.. Or the slaneesh sorceror cant join the khorne bikers.

Remember guys. Outflanking works great against bad players, but is pretty meh versus good ones. I've seen guys block off an entire side of a board. You generally charge what your opponent wants, then get shot to shit.
Having a disposable outflanking unit that messes with your opponent's plans = win.
