So I found these during my recent internet travels. Not sure what to think about these new guys, quite yet. What's everyone else's thoughts? It will be nice to get my old Necron army out of stasis though!

So long as they don't have those stupid transparent green tubes. That shit was lame.

I totally sold on those models. I especially like the barges and arks. I think I may just have to stray away from the imperium if these truly are what Necrons have in store. I don't even care about the rules either.

Re: New Necron models
Overall I like the expansion of the whole "Tomb Kings in Space" motif. I personally liked the green tubes, but the new style will make assembly/painting easier.
I like the new vehicles except..... Why drivers? Wouldn't it look better w/ Destroyer type built-in 'Crons? Looks like it'll be easy enough to convert tho.
Looks like 2 build kits are the wave of the future.
So if the new kits are all plastic, did Necrons just become the ultimate cheap beginners army? (Low $ cost, if you can drybrush boltgun metal you can paint them, etc.)
Wondering how much of the new units this is, given the rumors about the Chapterhouse lawsuit (not sure I believe those 100%).

Not every model. I didn't like... I can't remember what I didn't like. I have always liked the Necrons though. I used to have 2000 points of the old necron raiders from back in the white dwarf era of chapter approved. Then i dropped a couple hundred bucks on the new army box that came out originally. I just plain like the army. Just wasn't enough variation for me after a while in terms of options and originality.

Re: New Necron models
I'm down for any non MEQ army book releases.
the models look ok, not a big fan of the vehicles, but probably some of the best looking foot troops so far.
