Nobz base size question

Ork Nobs, are they supposed to be on 25mm bases? I thought they were 40mm, or is that just mega armor dudes?

TY! In hindsight... the nobz I have already are mounted on a base. Which happens to be 25mm. This means Smackman is not a retard. Attaboy Smackman!
