Despair and Dawn of War

I have always wondered about this, but with the coming tournament it would become potentially more of an issue.

Dawn of War has the bulk of your army arrive from reserve, using their move action to move in from your table edge. The question is, now, that Harbingers of Despair with the Shadow Veil upgrade may elect to replace their squad's movement with removal from the board and immediately deep strike in somewhere else. I can see a few ways in which trying to deep strike off of the walk on could get shot down, but do we know anything official Re: Yay/Nay on this subject?

If you've got a veil, you can elect to deploy the veil and attached unit via deepstrike. That was covered in the FAQ. If it's your deathmark unit, you mark one unit that's on the board when you enter play.

I'm fairly sure that was covered in the FAQ?
