Alrighty, anyone out thereup for a control game next Wed.? I'd be looking at a 2000 point game.

Just so you know, if you accept a control game and lose, you still get 10 strategic points and can earn recon points. If you win that control, you get 20 strategic points. It's the quickest way to earn strategic points if you need them.

If no one wants a control game, I'd like to try out a planetstrike game. Even better, if you want to play a Planetstrike Control game, I'd be a happy camper. Ive got the bastions, walls and guns ready to go.

I dont have the points for a Control Game, but I would be willing to take you on in Strategic Planetstrike game on Wednesday.

The table will be open as Rob and I are going to play on Thursday....

I would like to get a game in Wednesday afternoon. Any size, but I would have to start by 3:00 or so. I'll run my Eldar. Control preferred, but strategic is fine as well.

I'd like to play a big Planet strike game on Wednesday if anyone's interested, as I have no league points I can't make it a league game so if you're fishing for some points and want to play planet strike accept this, cancel and then re-challenge me, lawyer'd!

Im not exactly sure how you wanted the challenge to work out here Tom.

You want someone to accept your challenge, then cancel.. giving you points for a minor victory, then get the opponent to challenge you to a game? They'd have to then pay the recon points for the stategic challenge. Im sorry man, I dont follow what your trying to work out.

That being said, the game cancellation rule for the league is an honor type one. If someone cancels there game the day of or a few hours before hand, and you had no notice.. at least you wont be out the points. You can definitely not use it as a mechanism for some extra points... but I'm assuming you were just joking around with your post anyway?

Sorry Robyn that post made no sense, what I meant was that I wanted a planet strike game but someone had to challenge me to make it a strategic game as I have no league points but I'm going to fix that right now by issuing a challenge.

I would like to get 3 recon games in of 665pts in on wednesday, the first one would start at 4pm, the second at 5:30 and the third at 7pm. Please post which time slot would work for you, if you want to play more then one recon game against me on wednesday I'm sure there's time as I don't think recon games even last an hour so there's plenty of time to play 2 hopefully.

Ahh.. ok.. that make sense.

Planetstrike is alot of fun.. Ive got another game planned coming up here.. and we each have 2 bastions and 3 sets of defense lines.. so it should be alot of fun.. Ill be on defense this time with Chaos.. so I should really try and find some more regular chaos marines....

Im tied up for the next few days and all weekend. However, Im on holidays next week and will be looking for some games. Im hoping for some planetstrike games as well.

Ill let you know what my schedule is looking like come Monday and hopefully we can fit something in.

I assume we are still go for a PS control game next Wednesday. I will try to be at the Den by 5:30. If you get there a bit earlier, it will give you time to set yourself up.

I can bring them along. I have a 2k list ready to go.....totally not what you will expect but we will see how it does......It may REALLY suck

Your going with marines right? Ill be bringing the chaos again.. see how things fair onthe defense. I could really use another two units of basic chaos marines though.. Khorne Bersekrers dont make the greatest "hold the bunker" unit.
