so realy I like converting, and I like playing , pinting is just something that is stuck in the middle.
so i thought i would try this dipping thing out , to see how it works.
i did 4 up , but did not like the other 2 turned out.
on the other hand i am prety pleased the way theese turned out.
both theese models took like 10 mins to paint.
i am leaning towards the grren one , but was thinking a diferent color shoulder pads, mabye yellow?
tell me what you think , any advice on color would be much wanted.

It is a hard decision but i would try blazing orange on the green ones . i also got an idea for a chapter the white templars based on the nights during the crusades. They would be space marines with a red cross

Man, there's dog hair all over your guys! hehe..

I do like the green one better myself. I think the shoulder pads are fine, the only thing I would do would be to either change the color of his helmet to switch things up a bit.. like maybe white or block the shoulders pads or change up his backpack. One or other should help break the solid greeness of the miniature.

I'd have to see that first, but I think that may be overdoing it with the yellow/orange. I do like the idea of making the shoulder pads proper (not simply the trim) a more dynamic color like yellow or orange (What's the mood of the army? Assaulty, shooty, cover hugging, etc.?). I also liked Rob's suggestion regarding different colored helmet, although I think a color other than yellow/orange or green might further complement the color scheme (Or at least for the vet sarge's, and I was thinking along Rob's lines too, probably white would seem most appropriate). I think also changing the hands and the chest crest might overwhelm the coolness of that particular shade of green you chose. But yeah, to summarize I like the green one better, I'd suggest orange/yellow on the shoulder pads, and I like Rob's idea of a different color helmet. Of course this is all contigent on seeing what the finished product looks like again. Cheers.

If you did the yellow I think you would have to do it before you dipped it.
