Cadillacs and Dinosars

So i was trying to ponder a good army theme while i was watching old 90s cartoons and i came up with an idea based on cadilacs and dinosars. I'm going ot use catachans as my basic army trooper but my chimeras won't be driving around, instead they will be strapped to the backs of a triceratops.

Instead of a sqad of ogryns they will be replaced with a squad of velociraptors with lasers attatched there heads. But they will be guided by an ogryn bonehead to identify them.

My tank idea is to place a solid hull on the back of an ankylosaur with turret and all.

I think my favourite idea is for my earthshaker cannon. Instead of a artilary piece i am going to use teradactyls. There will be a sandbag nest with a few crew members priming some shells while the dinosaurs carry them in their talons to the target.

Overall i think this will be a very original conersion for an imperial guard army. Let me know what you guys think... (constructive critisism only please)

I think its gunna be effing sweet man, the pterodactyls carrying earthshaker rounds to the enemy is my fav though, if you need help with conversions, give me a ring.

There is no doubt that i was gonna ask for your help. You are better at it than me as we know. (always trying to one up me whenever you can, hehe).

What to use for the dinos is my only realy concern. It would be nice to have reailistic scaled dinos but i would prob have enormous vehicles moving around the table.

I google dino models and found some 12"L x 3"H dino models from revell and another company (same companies that make all the cars, boats etc.) I though those models might work well.

Veloceraptors are my only problem as i cannot find anything to be suitable.

Paz = I think the pteradactyl idea is my fav as well.

action figures man. there are some toys that are fairly detailed, and with a bit of green stuff, you could pull it off without anyone the wiser. except us. we know. we KNOW.
