Both of those place are probably the two best sources for getting information and rumours. Besides that, there are alot of podcasts available that wil gt ahold of codexes ahead of time.

GW Uk are also producing their own podcasts hosted by Jervis. They are actually pretty good mainly because they usually get high up GW staff to sit in. Allessio was in one and the current one I believe has a member of the design team tlaking about how they are getting the Dark Eldar ready. Whatever you do, do not listen to the GW canada podcasts, they are complete =I=censor=I=.
