Needing Bits for bases.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for bits and things to use on my bases. Mainly I'm looking for bones (any kind really) and bugs.

Let me know if you have any laying around that you want to get rid of.

When you say bugs do you mean tyranids (just want to make sure) since I have them. Anything specific you are looking for?

Oh sorry, I did actually mean regular bugs, like little swarms or something (Not sure if Tyranids have that or not)

I'm mainly looking to add some bug swarms to my Nurgle Prince base (and Typhus maybe)

Hmm.. little bugs are a tough one. The plaguebearer box set had some little maggot piles.

Bones arent to hard to come by if you can track.down some plastic skeletons. If youre gonna base your whole army with bones though might want to either buy a box of some fantasy undead, or track down a sprue of them. Ill see what i got when i get home but i think i only have some skeleton arms.. maybe a few rib cages but no legs or heads.

For most of the troops I plan on leaving the bases pretty simple (just grass and sand) I mainly just want them for the units I have that use larger bases.

And ribs would be just fine, I'm not looking for specific bones really. I can grab skulls and heads from my old fantasy Bretonian army

If I remember right, someone over on Ravening Hordes (our sister board for Fantasy) is selling off a bunch of skeleton archers. That might help you with your bone-count.

I have a ton of crappy plastic zombie skeletons from some old boardgame that i have used in the past for bases and bits of trophies for my chaos stuff. If you swing by the den on wednesday i will be there playing paz and i can give you some. I have about 150 of the buggers using up storage space, so please, take some

What time are you thinking you'll be there?

For bugs you might wanna look at the Citadel tree and break it up. I know Paz was using them as scarabs.
