I halfway buy codex eldar (all books and bikes are not avaliable). Codex SM is a big mistake IMHO. Way too soon. Nothing wrong with list as is. DA or CSM getting a needed boost? Yeah. But SM is likely the strongest power armor codex.

Re: upcoming release schedule
the DA/CSM set seems odd, especially after having DV and expansions to both lists come out. the VS box sets for this year are also supposed to be revolving around the 2 campaigns per year model they're adopting, which is supposed to be showcasing eldar in one of the two. with SM and Tau being the other one, i'm thinking the earlier one might be wrong.
the "40k expansions" are allegedly the rumors we've been hearing about plastic 30k kits and some other box sets.
Lastly, i can see the SM one being possible, this being the reasoning; rumors are that they're going to ditch the Iyanden supplement and roll it into the core Codex Craftworld Eldar book, because it was one of the earlier supplements that barely added anything to the army apart from another relic list, warlord trait, and changes to the FOC. with 7th's new methodology to FOC and Formations, that sort of makes the way it works a little pointless, especially since you can play Iyanden with the current core book and not use the Iyanden book at all.
Now, the space marine codex has the same thing going on with both Iron Hands, and Imperial Fists. For what little those books added in, gameplay wise, that could easily be added to the core book; Iron Hands was less than 5 pages of gaming content in a 95 page fluff book. Its likely they're just going to consolidate them into a single book, add in some formation choices, and a unique detachment FOC chart with special rules. possibly more than one; one for each founding chapter. further from that, the book could likely stay unchanged, overall.

Craftworld Eldar is more than just Edlar with Iyunden rolled in. Supposedly tweaks to stuff, mainly the Cheese serpent.
While yes they could add a lot, but nothing needs tweaking.
Is it being released between Exp 1 & 2? If so, I don't think it's SM, it's the first 30k codex.

I'd like to know when Codex: Mechanicus proper is going to get released. Skitarii is a Stormtrooper style release, so that should herald a full codex. I'd love to see them get one of the FW Mechanicus Knights as a LoW.
