Interesting list. You have a lot of one-of-everything going on, only advice I can give is that sometimes doubles or triples of a preferred unit can really help, especially if they are a keystone unit.

An idea, find some points by removing the regular platoon Tauroxes and switch them over to the Tempestus squads.

A: The Tempestus troopers have shorter ranged guns and benefit from getting in firing position faster and more aggressively

B: Tempestus have access to the better Taurox versions with WAY better weaponry, and they are fast vehicles

This list is still really really lacking in the ability to bust heavy armor.

A Leman Russ Exterminator wants to have its main gun and 3 heavy bolters, not multimeltas, otherwise it is confusing its job, thinking its a tank killer. This thing is for ripping up infantry squads (hordes or power armor)

Ditch the flakk missiles, they are no good, trust me. Nobody takes them. One or two S7 shots on a flyer won't be enough when you need it to count.

Fair points but the Flakk is there because I lack a hydra. Not taking Mechanized MT because I intend to deep strike them and the Exterminator is the Duel twin linked auto can witch doesn't work great on tanks but it can still do the job.

With anti air weapons in this game, either go all out or don't bother.  My deathwing operate on this principle, I don't even TRY to deal with aircraft and work the ground game.  It's better to play to your strengths, rather than try cover up a weakness.  Drop the flakk and find the points for a hydra, you'll be better off. Because then, the missile team can engage a tank over there, and the hydra can shoot at a flyer over here.  Rather than a missile squad doing a sub-par job against an enemy flyer and then being unable to shoot at the tank giving their buddies trouble. The best multi purpose thing you have is the Vendettas if they are loaded with the triple lascannon death combo. These guys can engage aircraft and heavy armor well.

Deepstriking the Tempestus works as long as you can support them once they land.  One sweet thing for reserve IG rolls is that you roll for the entire platoon rather than on a per-squad basis, which is nice

For the tank, again, play to your strengths.  What you have here is a tank that can do an okay job against infantry or tanks, but not a great job.  Multimeltas aren't the greatest on russ chassis as they are too slow to get into that 12" happyrange.  Now, if you take the exterminator with its main gun and three heavybolters, this thing pumps out 13 dice on the move against enemy squads.  Terminators are afraid of this much high strength dakka.

Also, your flyers are all the anti air you need.

I'd prefer Chimera for the squads but that's me.

Don't go for a hydra. Once the fliers are dealt with it has nothing to do.

Anti tank. HW squads, special weapon and command squads w/ melta, maybe a manticore or a vanquisher? Your vendettas can also serve this role. If you have access to IA vol 1, Medusa are good.
