so i was looking through the stats in my icestorm book and noticed the new father-knights have some pretty high statlines that compare close to achilles.

FATHER-KNIGHTS	4-4	23	14	14	13	5	9	2	43

achilles comes with ODD, Martial Arts 4, and Multiterrain, Pistol, EXP CCW.
F-Ks come with Kinematika L1, Assault, and Religious Troop.

achilles can pick between a few different weapons,  but so far we only know that F-Ks have a Boarding Shotgun, Breaker Pistol, and a DA CCW

not bad stats at all for PanO's Blue-Name brand of achilles eh?

You would be surprised how those little stat differences can make a huge difference game wise but that FK is a beast nonetheless.

I'm guessing that, with all the noticeable stat changes in O:I for N3 that Achilles is going to get a lot better. Probably more expensive, but better.

PS How did you get your ITS rank into your signature?

jeez, finally figured that out...

There's a couple things that make a huge difference there Mike. ODD, that phys 16, explosive cc, mov 6-4, all make achilles much more of a monster. keep in mind achilles will get most likely a new stat line in n3, so im guessing CC 78 or something...

Lmao, no kidding. I haven't played the mission where you use the Big daddy K yet, but I imagine he's gonna be something that just runs around the table killing all the nomads.

Until he gets hacked or hit with E/M, but other than that, yes, kill kill.

And don't forget that extra wound that Achilles is packing! I'd say that wounds are one of the most valuable stats in the game.

And 3 is WAY better than 2 + NWI. Learning that first hand.
