Renegades and Heretics

How Many folks would be adverse to playing against a Renegades and Heretics Army?

Its really very very close to Imperial Gaurd with a few odd rules like Random (d6+4) leadreship. Only one non-transport tank allowed, and no Vendettas.

Full disclosure, one of the reasons i'm considering it is because they are a "chaos" army and are battle brothers with CSM and Daemons. allowing me to blend my guys a little easier. other than that, the current IG codex is just bettah.

Ooo... they can take Alpha Legion. Spiffy. This is the army that Plague Ogren are used for, yes?

there are three lists, basically one that hasn't mutated yet, one that blends with Khorne and one that Blends with Nurgle. and that one gets the plague orgryn

only the base one is available as a pdf and has been mostly update for 6th.

I tend to play a fairly "clean" army, so i wouldn't be using the later stages. I like my guys Corrupted, not mutated
