condemnor bolt gun

If any of you know the rules for the condemnor bolt gun.


it would be nice to know what your thoughts are on the rules for them. I think there needs to be FAQ on them. But I would like to know what the general rules we as group would like to take as a general rule for them.

Basically the core question is exactly how do you resolve the situation when a psyker has joined a non-psyker / non-brotherhood-of-psykers unit and that unit is struck by a Condemnor Boltgun's Psi-Shock round?

For the record, the Condemnor Boltgun's exact text reads:

Psi-Shock: Any unit with the Pskyer, Brotherhood of Psykers or Psychic Pilot special rules that is hit by a weapon with this special rule suffers the Perils of the Warp in addition to any other damage

I think they did FAQ it?

I'm almost positive it has already gotten a faq. I believe it is a model that has a wound allocated to it suffers a perils.

I just remember Reece at Frontline Gaming saying, "It went from being amazing and game altering to one of the worst pieces of wargear in the game." or something to that effect.

Basically, that dead thing suffers a perils. Unless you pick out a libby with it and he fails a LoS roll, it's not really that great.
