You can shoot from a battle wagon the same turn you tank shock. You cannot embark or disembark. If you move more than 6", you're firing snapshots.

When ramming, you must always move more than 6", therefore, always firing snapshots.

From what I understand, yes you can snap fire embarked squads after tank shocking/deff rollering
