Looking for a 1750 point game on thursday if anyone is down.

I'de just bring my finals list, so its a fairly competitive list, if anyone is down for a game.

If somehow robyn and adam are done their semi-final before thursday, I'de reserve the evening for them.

We are having that game today, so you can play the winner tomorrow and then Mark can have his finals vs that winner and we will bring the league to a close.

Does smashing a unit with a bloodthirster count as a psychic defense?

For tomorrow, Robin and I had our game today, and the Warp was very mean to his side.

turn 2, horrors come in 2x12 with attached herald. Warp Storm makes all daemons -1 invuln save. He casts prescience on both units,  and misfortune on my Blood Thirster. Then starts flickering fire... Unit firing on thirsty rolls boxcars twice, killing a dude and wounding the herald via perils. Other unit rolls snake eyes and loses a guy, but together manage to kill 8 bloodletters. And then the -1 invlun save made my next turn shooting very effective.

Also, his Khorne Daemon Prince charged mine, and scored 2 wounds, I smashed with mine and instant death'd his guy on that same turn.

We called it on Turn 4, he still had one Daemon Prince, the Portal Glyph, and a spawned unit of 6 horrors, and I had an objective and still lots of guys.

Best part of the game:: Scout Sentinel had a wiff fest with a unit of Plague Bearers from the top of 2 until the top of 4 when my bloodthirster came to clean house. The sentinel pinned them down for 4 rounds of combat! I love my scout Sentinel

So Mike, what time you thinking?

i'll go to the den directly from work, but realistically with rush hour traffic, probably wont be able to arrive before 6.

I can play the winner tomorrow.

If I win, and play Mark tomorrow, I will have been at the den every day from Monday to Sunday this week.

We can start bright and early, if that works for you.

Edit: Mike, if you win, let me know what works. Friday night is good. Saturday afternoon or evening works (playing a tourney test game with Tom & Aaron at 10:30). Sunday morning or evening works (I have soccer with the kids)

will be tight to get it in this weekend. maybe friday night. saturday is flag football jamboree
