Heralds of Tzeentch
Hrm....
A Herald of Tzeentch with the +1S Locus that manages to get Precognition on the Divination tree can potentially shoot 2D6 S6 shots re-rolling to-hit and to-wound. He's 120 points at lvl 3 (so two rolls on Divination, one on Change). Seems good.
I'd even shoot that at a Night/Doom Scythe.

or join him to a squadf of minimum 16 horrors and you can get 6d6 shots at 6, rerolls and all. Different bs of course for 4d6 of those shots, but still.

Thats alot of shots.. Yikes! The heralds with adamantium will are looking more appealing.

The other nice thing about a herald + the horrors both shooting flickering fire is that you've got two sets of psychic tests and deny the witch rolls. A good chance that you'll get at least one of them through.
I'm a big fan of MSU pink horrors, because they fire 2D6 shots until they're completely dead.
