Tzeentchy CSM with Allies -- 1750

Allied contingent gets me a scoring unit and 2-3 rolls on Divination (might take a roll on change for SHOOTY!)

If I could easily trim 90 points, I'd take another unit of 10 pink horrors, then I'd have 4 respectible scoring units, one of which would deepstrike in (the 2nd unit of horrors).

Anyway, the herald joins the horrors, makes everything S6 24" shooty. If he grabs the power thats 4D6 shots, potentially twin-linked.

I could see massaging a few things here and there still. Grimoire for 30pts would still be swanky. Making the horrors 3++ is appealing (as they're scoring)

I could do it all by dropping the Sorcerer from my main list, get another unit of Horrors, the Grimoire, and have 5 points left for meltabombs or something. I really do like 6 rolls on Biomancy though, it's treated me well.

A little bit of massaging to get an Exalted Reward on the Herald. Grimoire of True Names, or the Portalglyph (I'd take the Grimoire in KP missions, Portal Glyph otherwise.... spawning a small unit of horrors that is scoring and still gets me 2D6 S5 AP4 shots seems... good, even if it only goes off once)

Pink Horrors that go-to-ground in a ruin get a 2+ cover save with a Tzeentchy re-roll on 1's.

A subtle but important thing I noticed.

You roll for rewards and *then* roll for Psychic powers.

This is important, as for a Lord of Change, if you roll the S8 AP1 lance, you'll likely want to keep it then roll 2 or 3 times on Divination. If you roll "re-roll invulnerable saves", you'd want to trade precognition for prescience.

Looks like a solid list. How will you handle stuff like Monsterous creatures (either 'nids or demons flying circus) and Mech spam? I know right now there isn't many people running that, although the flying circus demon spam might be soooon.

Also updated my Wraithstar list, I'll try to post it tonight when I get home. It's to bad I won't be in the city for a while. Wouldn't mind trying a couple of lists against the new demons.

Against Mech: Forgefiend, Obliterators, Burning Chariot
Against Flyers: Forgefiend, Obliterators, Pink Horrors (S6, twin-linked, potentially).
Against MC's: Mutilators & Ahriman (Ironarm, Endurance, Enfeeble, Warpspeed... I'll have one of those!)

indeed but mark only took 3 of them. what i would give for broadsides to have the stats/upgrades of oblits.

Screamers can assault tanks, S5 AP2 Armourbane has potential. 2 hits, one pen on AV > 12
