How does the Landspeeder Storm work?

Hey,
Aidan has a 5-man scout unit with CC-Weapons and a Landspeeder Storm. Can the scouts outflank inside the storm? Can the scouts scoutmove inside the storm?

been a while since i looked at it and its rules, but i 'think' the answer is yes and yes iirc. but i might be wrong.

I would have to check my book, but I think Scouts, Infiltrate, Outflank spread to transports now

It's not a dedicated transport, hence the question. It's a transport that can only carry scouts. ???

It has scout and so do the scouts so no reason it can't.
